G1147. Bristol freighter Type 170. A winner from its inception. Of the 214 Bristol 170 aircraft built between December 1945 and March 1958, 112 were still in service in December 1963, by which time they had amassed over a million flying hours in operations all over the world and in all extremes of climate.
