Concorde comes home

Concorde comes home

Go back to the records from the 2003 map.

G3061. Concorde G-BOAF piloted by Captain Les Brodie, the senior fleet training Captain with the chief pilot Mike Bannister in the co-pilots seat opens the side cockpit windows to show the flag to the cheering local people. After his landing run he carefully turned back down runway 09 toward the waiting dignataries, 'bowing' to the crowds as he passed each view point. You can see some of the camera helicopters overhead.
