Peace Will Come Some Day

Peace Will Come Some Day

Back to the story

G1406. This is a poem written by Mary Rose Dury nee Dyer during the dark days of 1940. When the bombings of September 1940 killed so many employees, she was moved to write this poem about how peace will come only when every country is free and every ruler understands that peace rules not tyranny. The relevance of which is still applicable today.
