G1437. This painting by Terence Cuneo CVO, OBE (1907- 1996) and painted in 1950 was used on the cover of the official Souvenir Programme of the Brabazon launch. Cuneo was a well known painter, especially of all forms of transport, from trains, automobiles to aeroplanes and showed he could depict technology with flair.
